The tragic death of 14-year-old Knox MacEwen during a 5K race at Everglades High School in Florida has left the community in mourning.

MacEwen was actively involved in Junior Reserve Officers’
Training Corps (JROTC) activities. His passing was announced by
Western High Principal Jimmy Arrojo, who offered heartfelt condolences to
MacEwen’s family, friends, teachers, and classmates.
