She’s 63 and only aging backwards – “people think I’m still in my 20s”

Accepting that our looks change as we grow up is just a natural part of life.

As we age, our bodies go through changes, and sometimes those changes aren’t what we hoped for. It would be great if we could all stay young, vibrant, and healthy forever, but the truth is, we live in the real world, not a perfect one.

As time goes on, it’s normal for things like our vision and hearing to get worse, our hair to turn gray, our skin to lose its firmness and develop wrinkles, and our muscles to become weaker. Basically, we move away from our youthful days and have to accept that we might be leaving our best years behind. There’s nothing wrong with that, but it’s okay to feel a little jealous of those people who seem to look amazing no matter how much time passes.

In California, a mom known as Gym Tan has gained a huge following on social media because of her incredible looks at 63 years old.

She loves fitness and often shares videos on TikTok, impressing her fans with her dedication to staying in shape. In one of her recent clips, Gym Tan expressed her belief that she’s getting better with age, saying, “I think I actually look younger this year than I did last year.”

Cosmetic companies and some Hollywood stars might make us think that looking young forever only comes from surgery or pricey creams. However, Gym Tan believes in a simpler way to stay looking good.

According to her, the best beauty secrets revolve around maintaining a positive outlook on life and not thinking about your age too much.

“Age is just a number,” the 63-year-old told her followers in a video.

“I have said it before but more than that just focus on what makes you happy.  Focus on what makes you feel good.”

Gym Tan also emphasized how important it is to be around friends and family who love you and can teach you valuable life lessons.

It seems like this California mom’s advice and youthful appearance have really resonated with people on social media.

Gym Tan has gained a following of over 245,000 on TikTok. In a recent video, she was seen happily running down the street and shared that she feels like she’s in “the fittest and best shape” of her life.

“I’m running further and stronger than I did in my 20s,” she mentioned.

It’s crucial to remember that feeling good in your own skin is what truly matters. Things like height, weight, hair color, and body type are not as important as what’s inside. Real confidence and self-love come from within.
