Rihanna Talks About Motherhood and the Best Advice That She’s Gotten

Recently, Rihanna published her first-ever TikTok and showed everyone her son. The 34-year-old singer filmed him strapped into his car seat. Now, she is a mother, and her life has changed, but she still remembers all the advice she got during pregnancy.

During pregnancy, Rihanna was thinking about what kind of mom she was going to be and came to the conclusion that she would be super-protective: “And that resonates with me a lot because I feel like that’s the type of mom I’m going to be. Psycho about it.”

When you become a mom, nature changes, and your kid becomes your first priority. Rihanna says that she could go steps further than Teresa’s table flip scene if she needs to defend her children: “Worse. You talk about my kids, it’s over.”

The singer got lots of advice about motherhood, and there is one piece in particular that she remembers: “Probably the best advice is to sleep now because I won’t get much later. I need to work on that before it’s a thing of the past.”

The star also shared that her favorite part of the day is the mornings: “The mornings, like seeing his morning face! Seeing a baby with, like, little bags and waking up, and they’re just, like, startled. They’re trying to figure out where they’re at. It’s the cutest, it’s my favorite part of the day.”

We wish Rihanna a happy motherhood, and we hope to see her keep enjoying those little, simple, joyful moments.
