Ashley Cain is set to become a dad again.

In January this year, Ashley, 34, announced that he and his partner had welcomed a baby boy two years after the tragic death of his daughter Azaylia. At the time, the Ex On The beach star announced that he was expecting his son with an old friend after he split from his ex-partner Safiyya Vorajee.

Ashley and Safiyya welcomed Azaylia into the world in August 2020 but were devastated after she was diagnosed with leukaemia just eight weeks later.

Now, less than a year after the birth of his baby boy, Ashley and his partner are expecting a second child. Taking to Instagram to announce his baby joy, the proud dad posed alongside his son Aliyas as he held up a scan in front of the tot.

Alongside the picture, Ashley penned: “Another One” – DJ Khaled Voice. My little girl will soon have another little brother to watch over, and my little boy will not only be a baby brother, but a big brother too.

“With all the heartache I’ve been through, I’m truly grateful that I can really start counting my blessings again. Now it’s time to head to two of the most dangerous places in the world to film the final two episodes of my brand new series. So for now, I’m sad to say goodbye, but I look forward to seeing you both soon, my little men. And to my guardian angel, I’ll never ever be without you because I can feel your presence in every step I take.”

Ashley concluded the post: “Life has a way of throwing challenges our way, but it also blesses us with moments that fill our hearts with immense joy. Here’s to the journey ahead and the beautiful souls who make it worthwhile.”

Last year, after welcoming the little one with an unnamed childhood friend, Ashley took to his Instagram page to share the happy news of the birth of their first son. Along with an adorable snap of their baby, he said: “Aliyas Diamond Cain – 16.01.24, 4:32am, 9lbs 3oz. I will love you, appreciate you, guide you and protect you with all of my heart, for the rest of my life.

“And you will have the most beautiful guardian angel heaven holds watching over you and protecting you too. Welcome to the world my son. May your body be strong, your mind be wise, your heart be loving and your spirit be pure and truly powerful.”

Speaking previously to The Mirror about the death of his first child, Azaylia, Ashley said his little girl “saved his life”.

He told us: “The reason also why I still talk about her passing is because I am so grateful that even though now I have lost her, I was blessed to have those eight months with her, and in that time, she taught me so much.

“She changed my life and she continually saves my life. I feel like she gave me a chance at redemption and that she is the person who allowed me to be organically and authentically who I am.”
