Ruby Franke is serving a prison sentence after pleading guilty to abusing her children

Ruby and Kevin Franke’s divorce is official after a Utah judge signed off on their agreed terms.

Rube Franke, the disgraced former parenting YouTuber, is serving a prison sentence after pleading guilty to abusing her two youngest children. She and Kevin were married in 2000 and had six children together.

Per the divorce agreement, which was obtained by PEOPLE, Kevin will have full custody of their four children who are still minors.

The agreement also stipulates that any child support owed by Ruby is considered paid. Kevin will be transferred full ownership of a home in Springville, Utah purchased by the couple during their marriage.

Ruby will keep $85,000 that she withdrew from a bank account following her separation from Kevin. Any other shared accounts will be awarded to Kevin. Neither will pay the other alimony.

The agreement states that Ruby intends to keep the last name Franke for the time being.

Ruby was arrested in 2023, along with her business partner, Jodi Hildebrandt, with whom she was living.

The pair were arrested after Ruby’s 12-year-old son escaped from Hildebrandt’s home in Ivins, Utah, and asked a neighbor to call police. Authorities subsequently found that the boy and Ruby’s 10-year-old daughter had been seriously abused.

Both Ruby and Hildebrandt pleaded guilty to multiple counts of aggravated child abuse and could spend anywhere from four to 60 years in prison.

The lives of Ruby and Kevin Franke and their six children were featured on her now-deleted YouTube channel 8Passengers.

Kevin previously told PEOPLE he intended to start dating once his divorce was finalized.

“Well, of course, it’s something I think about, but I’m a man of my honor, and I’m still technically married. And so I’m holding off until the divorce is finalized,” he said. “When the time’s right, that’s something I think that I’ll look forward to pursuing.”
